Counselling at Neurobalance Clinic is designed to be practical, focused, and tailored to what you are actually trying to change. We work together to identify the problem, understand what is getting in the way, and build a clear plan that supports movement forward. Where deeper patterns or blocks are part of the picture, we explore those too, but always in service of the goals you are working towards.
OUR approach This is not open-ended counselling with no direction.
It’s a collaborative process built around clear goals, practical reflection, and steady progress over time.
We clarify what matters, ask better questions, identify what’s blocking change, and then work with that in a structured way.
Progress is reviewed as we go, so the work stays connected to real life and not just insight for insight’s sake.
Available online and in personCounselling is available both online and in person, depending on what suits you best.
For in-person sessions, there is also the option to use BrainTap before or after your appointment. This can be a useful way to help your system settle, create more space for reflection, or support recovery after working through heavier material.
