  • The Dual-Tech program combines 20 BrainTap sessions with 20 PEMF sessions, using BrainTap to support calming and regulation, while PEMF focuses more directly on physical recovery.

  • The Family Calm program was designed to support co-regulation across the family. Whether that is a parent and child or two children completing the process together, while allowing one participant to receive a deeper level of support.

    HRV assessments are used throughout to guide and track progress for both participants.

    This includes a pre-session NeuralChek HRV assessment, a BrainTap session, and a post-session HRV assessment, followed by a consultation to review what changed and what that suggests about your system’s current responsiveness and recovery capacity.

and Consultation

Your first appointment is designed to give a clearer picture of how your system is functioning and which type of support is most likely to suit you.

The session includes a pre-session NeuralChek HRV assessment, a BrainTap session, and a post-session HRV assessment, followed by time to discuss your goals, results, and the most appropriate next step.
NeuralChek is a simple, non-invasive measure using two soft clamps placed on the wrists. During the assessment, you sit reasonably still and quiet for 3 to 5 minutes without assistance. 
Adults then complete a 20-minute braintap session, while children usually complete a shorter 11 to 13-minute session. 
If you continue into a program, the cost of this first appointment is deducted from the total program fee.

common questions about the assessment, session format, and booking process are answered below.

  • BrainTap is completely passive - you don’t have to concentrate, interact, or "do" anything for it to be effective.

    You simply sit back, close your eyes, and allow the session to guide your brain into a more regulated state. This makes it accessible for children as young as 5 and people of different abilities, including those who may struggle with traditional relaxation techniques.

  • Yes. Sessions are short (13 to 15 minutes for children), and kids do not need to sit perfectly still. They can hold a toy, fidget, or even lie down if that makes them more comfortable.

    The experience is designed to be relaxing, not restrictive. Parents are welcome to stay with their child throughout the session to provide reassurance.

    NeuralChek assessments do require the client to sit reasonably still and quiet for 3 to 5 minutes, unassisted. It is understandable if a child cannot complete a NeuralChek at their first appointment. A program schedule can still be devised, and assessments can be tried again at future appointments.

  • Yes, siblings, partners or friends can attend appointments together. However, each person must book an individual first session before joining a program.

  • Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is a key indicator of nervous system health. It measures the variation in time between heartbeats, reflecting how well your autonomic nervous system (ANS) is balancing between stress (sympathetic activation) and recovery (parasympathetic activation). A higher HRV generally indicates better stress resilience and nervous system flexibility.
